EUROPEAN CONGRESS OF IMMUNOLOGY - ECI
The European Congress of Immunology is the joint meeting of all EFIS member societies that takes place every 3 years. ECI is one of the most highly-regarded international conferences in the field of basic and clinical immunology. EFIS TASK FORCES
EFIS Task Forces are a major initiative emerging from the first EFIS Strategic Retreat. EFIS Task Forces are focused on three pertinent issues faced by European immunologists: education, vaccination and diversity. These task forces address specific needs perceived by Societies that can be better dealt with at a European level. The ISI is proud to support EFIS efforts with Prof Karen English as the Irish representative in the Diversity task force.
THE EFIS YOUNG IMMUNOLOGISTS TASK FORCE (yEFIS)
The EFIS Young Immunologist Task Force (yEFIS) aims to gather all early career scientists in Europe working in Immunology. The aim of yEFIS Task Force is to bring all these young immunologist groups together and build a European network to defend our interests on both a national and European level. The ISI is proud to support EFIS efforts with Dr Daniel Johnston as the Irish representative for Young EFIS.
